Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Partnership Support
- Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities to support revenue growth and market expansion.
- Fine opportunity Franchise
- Maintain relationships with franchisors, franchisees, merchants, and key partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the promotion of TrueMoney's products and services to maximize business value.
Franchise Development Support
- Identify and approach potential franchise partners to expand the network.
- Assist in onboarding and supporting franchise partners within the TrueMoney network.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure franchise growth initiatives are implemented effectively.
E-commerce Development Support
- Support online sales on platforms such as Tictik, Lazada and Shopee.
- Help manage online store operations, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
Project Coordination
- Assist in managing business development projects end-to-end, tracking progress, and reporting outcomes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align goals and deliverables.
Training & Support
- Support training and skill development for sales representatives and direct sales teams.
- Respond to inquiries from merchants and agents, in collaboration with the Senior Trainer.
Other Assigned Tasks
- Assist with other projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- 24 years experience in Business Development, Operation Management, Franchise, E-commerce, or Project Coordination.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in Training/Coaching or Partner Support is a plus.
