Job Description

Job Description: Responsible for strategic planning and managing adjacent projects related to life insurance both domestically and internationally. The role aims to develop new business opportunities and expand the Company's ecosystem, encompassing feasibility studies, subsidiary management, and strategic partnerships to achieve profitability and long-term growth targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Feasibility Studies

  • Lead the end-to-end feasibility process for new initiatives, including the development of comprehensive financial models to assess investment viability.
  • Formulate and execute long-term expansion plans and annual operational strategies that align with corporate goals.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and demographic shifts to identify new business opportunities in the senior and dependent care landscape.

2. Strategic Investment & Subsidiary Management

  • Monitor and manage the operational performance of subsidiaries and joint venture investments within the business portfolio.
  • Lead monthly performance reviews and represent the Company in Executive Committee or Board of Directors (BOD) meetings for assigned investments.
  • Manage the budgeting process and conduct P&L analysis to ensure all business units meet their financial targets.

3. Project Management & Ecosystem Expansion

  • Build and nurture relationships with external partners and organizations to expand the company's service ecosystem and create new revenue streams.
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery within designated timelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Economics, Banking & Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Life Insurance, Non-Life Insurance, Banking, Project Management, or Business Development.
  • Deep understanding of the life insurance business and the elderly/dependency care market in Thailand.
  • Proven ability in strategic planning, data analysis, and the effective execution of business plans.
  • Excellence communication skills with the ability to solve complex problems and adapt to rapidly changing situations.
  • High level of responsibility with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously toward successful outcomes.
  • Professional fluency in English and high proficiency in standard office computer applications.
