We are a recruitment agency looking for a Business Intelligence Specialist to join a fast-growing food tech company. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or junior analyst who is passionate about using data to drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, self-motivated individual ready to make an immediate impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy business intelligence solutions, including data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using tools like Power BI and Excel.
- Work with various teams to understand their data needs and translate those needs into effective analytics solutions.
- Develop and maintain data models and performance metrics to support key departments like operations, marketing, and product.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing BI tools and dashboards.
- Help foster a data-driven culture by promoting data literacy and the use of self-service analytics.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all data used for analysis and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Professional fluency in English is required.
- Proficiency in SQL. Knowledge of BigQuery Standard SQL and Redshift SQL is a plus.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
- Understanding of data modeling, data visualization, and performance measurement techniques.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an analyst or internship role is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- A passion for the food & beverage industry and an interest in technology-driven business models.
