Role Description The Senior Chief Engineer is responsible for leading and managing all engineering and maintenance operations of the hotel, ensuring that all facilities, equipment, and building systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and local regulations. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, energy management, budget control, and delivering exceptional support for hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.

• Minimum at least 5 years in a leadership role in a luxury or 5-star hotel.

• Strong knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance, and hotel engineering operations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Good command of English and computer literacy.
