Job Description

Position: Senior Civil Engineer Formwork & Drafting 100K

Business: Construction Material

Location: Samutprakarn

Salary: 80,000 100,000

Responsibilities:

Lead engineering and drafting for presales and active projects; develop safe and feasible formwork concepts.
Perform structural analysis and prepare calculation packages to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Oversee project kickoff meetings, track deliverables, and review drawings and equipment lists.
Collaborate with sales, field teams, inventory, and warehouse operations to support smooth project execution.
Build and manage the engineering team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance reviews.
Monitor KPIs such as drafting productivity, Revit utilization, contribution margin, and order processing efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of project experience; engineering leadership experience preferred.
Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
Strong leadership, communication, and problemsolving skills.
Ability to handle technical calculations, manage multiple projects, and work under pressure.
Excellent English communication skill.
