As a Senior Client Executive, you will be responsible for digital account management and expected to wear many hats, with the key areas of focus for you being as follows:
- Create and update both client and project documents including: creative briefs, estimates, project timelines, media plans, status reports, conference reports and other supporting materials.
- Organize client presentations, meetings and conference calls and prepare relevant documents, including agendas, meeting materials and conference reports.
- Partner with project management to:
- Ensure projects are fully scoped, forecasted and remain on schedule and within budget.
- Track budgets; notify manager of client requests that fall outside of scope; revise budgets as needed; alert clients of financial implications and secure approval to proceed.
- Create and maintain electronic files of key project documents and assets on the server.
- Serve as creative and executional project lead; guide the day-to-day development of client projects from start to finish; secure required client approvals (e.g. creative briefs, budgets, creative materials, etc.); ensure progressive steps in the process are approved with adequate time to meet schedules.
- Collaborate with creative, project management, production, and/or media teams to develop marketing programs and solutions for clients.
- Keep the team informed of client requests and changes; anticipate potential problems; proactively develop solutions.
- Review all strategic documents and creative work prior to submitting to the client for review.
- Capture and interpret program results, summarize findings, and work with senior team members to recommend program enhancements and/or changes to improve going forward
- Search for new opportunities for the business based on market trends, seeking out the key decision makers in potential clients
- Closely work and develop positive relationships with potential and current business partners
Key qualities we look for
- At least 3 years on the job experience in digital account management.
- An intimate understanding of all major digital and social media platforms.
- A good dose of charisma and charm; someone who knows how to really build & nurture relationships with clients and vendors.
- A keen interest in what's happening in the digital space, both locally and worldwide.
- A proven track record managing multiple commitments to clients, team and business operations.
- The ability to effectively manage time, plan and priorities, while being self-motivated to achieve outstanding results.
- A strong process focus, and the ability to read insights, interpret data and create reports.
- Two eyes for detail, with the capacity to learn fast and drive their own personal development.
- The ability to adapt to challenges in a constantly evolving startup environment.
- You'll also need to be flexible with your schedule, as working hours will at times be dictated by the business needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English.
