Senior Cloud Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and DevOps platforms primarily on AWS. You will work closely with development, data, and platform teams to deliver secure, reliable, and cloud-native solutions while supporting infrastructure automation, container platforms, and data services.

As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructure primarily on AWS, with occasional support for Azure environments.
• Implement and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform, including advanced modules, state management, and best practices.
• Develop, deploy, and support cloud-native applications and data services.
• Manage and optimize containerized workloads using Amazon ECS and managed Kubernetes platforms.
• Collaborate with development, data, and platform teams to deliver reliable and high-performing cloud solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve cloud environments for performance, scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
• Establish and promote DevOps best practices across infrastructure and deployment processes.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients regarding technical solutions, architecture decisions, and operational improvements.

For this position of Senior Cloud Engineer, we are looking for someone with:

• At least 6 years of experience in Cloud Engineering and DevOps Engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-native architecture.
• Experience working with Azure environments is considered an advantage.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Terraform.
• Proven expertise in advanced Terraform concepts, module development, state management, and infrastructure automation best practices.
• Practical experience with AWS Lambda, AWS Glue, and Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Strong experience working with container platforms and containerized applications.
• Solid expertise in Amazon ECS.
• Experience with managed Kubernetes services such as Amazon EKS, Azure AKS, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, automation, deployment pipelines, and operational excellence.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional and client-facing environments.
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions and contribute to architecture and platform decisions
