Senior Commercial and Sales Manager
Location: Sathon, Bangkok

Role Purpose
This position is responsible for driving revenue growth and commercial performance across B2B clients. The role focuses on sales strategy, market expansion, and building a strong sales organization, rather than transactional sales management.
What You Will Own
Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Define and execute commercial strategies to deliver sustainable revenue growth across multiple B2B clients.
- Identify new market segments, customer groups, and revenue opportunities.
- Translate business goals into clear sales plans and measurable outcomes.
Client & Revenue Management
- Oversee performance of key and strategic accounts, with strong focus on retention, upselling, and rebooking.
- Lead complex commercial discussions and negotiations with senior‑level clients.
- Ensure pipeline health, deal quality, and accurate forecasting.
Sales Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing sales team with clear targets and accountability.
- Embed consultative, value‑based selling practices across the team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and improvement plans where required.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Marketing to align sales strategy with visitor acquisition and positioning.
- Work with Operations on floorplan optimization, feature positioning, upgrades, and onsite rebooking.
- Contribute commercial insights to improve overall show performance and customer experience.
Systems, Reporting & Performance Intelligence
- Drive effective use of CRM and sales systems (e.g. Salesforce, internal sales tools).
- Monitor team performance through dashboards, reports, and data analysis.
- Prepare monthly commercial summaries and post‑event reviews for management.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 12 years experience in senior sales or commercial leadership roles within a B2B environment.
- Strong track record of leading teams to exceed revenue targets and deliver growth.
- Experience managing long sales cycles, high‑value clients, and complex commercial negotiations.
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands‑on levels.

- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
