Senior Compliance Associate - Company Secretary
Responsibilitie
- sResearch, interpret, and communicate relevant laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements to relevant individuals and legal entities
- .Oversee and ensure that the Company and its subsidiaries, particularly overseas subsidiaries, conduct their business operations in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements
- .Monitor and coordinate with relevant individuals, legal entities, and internal departments to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements, including close collaboration with other teams within the Corporate Secretariat Department
- .Review, analyze, and provide legal and corporate governance opinions on transactions and business matters relating to the Thai Beverage Group that fall within the responsibilities of the Corporate Secretariat Department
- .Oversee and coordinate all corporate secretarial matters before, during, and after meetings of the Board of Directors and shareholders of the Company and its subsidiaries, particularly (but not limited to) overseas subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements
- .Prepare and compile information for the Company's Annual Report and other corporate disclosures
- .Review the accuracy and completeness of corporate documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements
- .Maintain and manage corporate records and documentation in a systematic, accurate, and easily retrievable manner

Qualificatio
- nsBachelor's degree or higher in La
- w.At least 5 years of relevant experience with a law firm or a public listed company, with responsibilities covering corporate law, public company law, securities law, and/or other related legal area
- s.Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Tha
- i.Sound knowledge of the Public Limited Companies Act, the Civil and Commercial Code, the Securities and Exchange Act, and other relevant laws and regulation
