Lead the implementation and continuous enhancement of the organization's compliance framework, ensuring alignment with applicable regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards.
Serve as the primary compliance advisor to multiple business units, providing strategic guidance on regulatory obligations, business initiatives, and emerging compliance risks.
Monitor and interpret regulatory developments, assess organizational impact, and recommend appropriate policy, process, and control enhancements.
Oversee regulatory engagement, including coordination with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), BOT, regulatory reporting, examinations, and remediation activities.
Conduct enterprise-wide compliance risk assessments, identify control gaps, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to implement sustainable risk mitigation strategies.
Establish compliance monitoring mechanisms, develop management reporting, and provide insights to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
Drive a strong culture of ethics and compliance through policy governance, awareness initiatives, and targeted training programs.
Lead, coach, and develop a compliance team while fostering effective collaboration across the organization.
Qualification
sBachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline; professional certifications (e.g., CAMS, CRCM, CCEP) are an advantage
.8–10 years of progressive experience in Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Risk Management, or Corporate Governance within a regulated industry
.Demonstrated expertise in regulatory advisory, compliance governance, policy development, and stakeholder management across multiple business functions
.Proven ability to manage regulatory relationships, interpret complex regulatory requirements, and translate them into practical business solutions
.Strong analytical, communication, project management, and leadership capabilities, with experience leading a small team and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels
