Prepare separate/consolidated financial statements and notes to separate/consolidated financial statements in accordance with accounting standards and financial reporting standards of the group.
Prepare and submit the monthly reporting pack and schedules to the HQ.
Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department.
Making and implementing recommendations to improve accounting processes and procedures.
Responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and trial balance scrutiny.
Ensure that cash flows are adequate to allow business units to operate effectively.
Forecast cash payments and anticipate challenges arising from limited cash flow.
Liaise with other departments and business units on a range of issues.
Liaise with external auditors, legal representative, subsidiary accounts and other parties, coordinating and supporting the timely completion of financial statements and ensure flow of documents/Information.
Prepare ad-hoc reports & analysis using company financial reporting tools and system.
Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.
Ad hoc reporting and analysis projects in excel and power point.
PROFILE
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting.
Proven 5 years of experience in accounting of which at least 02-year experience in financial statement consolidation of holding companies.
Audit background is a plus. Working experience for Hong Kong accounting is a plus but not necessary.
Good understanding in lease service industries , accounting standard (IFRS).
Candidate should be able to work independently.
Digital solution implementation skill.
Should have Computer literacy (Ms.office, power point Accounting Program)
