We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Finance Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive financial advice and solutions to our diverse clientele. You will leverage your expertise across various disciplines, including financial modelling, valuation, and financial analysis, to support clients with their strategic financial needs.
Job Description:
- Provide strategic Financial Advice/Independent Financial Advice and solutions to clients on matters such as mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, financial restructuring, and valuations.
- Assist with researching various technical and industry-specific issues as well as perform market and industry analysis
- Conduct financial modelling, analysis, and research to support client engagements.
- Prepare high-quality reports and presentations that clearly communicate complex financial information.
- Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related business field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience in transaction advisory work, corporate finance, M&A consulting, investment banking, and financial advisory exercises.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, accounting principles, valuation, and financial modelling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to dissect complex financial problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at presenting complex financial information clearly and concisely.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, fostering trust and collaboration with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel) and financial modelling software.
- CPA/CFA/FA or other relevant professional designations are highly preferred.
- Fluency in Thai and English (written and oral).
