Job Title: Senior Consultant / Consultant, Transaction Advisory Services

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Consultant / Consultant to join our Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team, focusing on Financial Due Diligence (FDD). You will work closely with clients and senior team members to provide insights and support for mergers and acquisitions, valuations, and transaction-related financial analysis. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in finance and accounting who are passionate about analyzing financial statements, identifying risks, and contributing to high-stakes transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in transaction advisory projects, including financial due diligence, M&A advisory, valuation assignments, and special projects.
- Support the day-to-day execution of engagements, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Prepare analyses and contribute to reports, presentations, and deliverables to communicate key findings and recommendations to senior team members and clients.
- Analyze financial statements, cash flow forecasts, working capital, and key performance indicators to provide insights on target companies.
- Assist in conducting financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions, identifying key deal risks, synergies, opportunities, and ESG impacts.
- Participate in M&A engagements by supporting deal structuring, strategic assessments, and the preparation of key documents.
- Perform in-depth industry and company research to support client transactions and strategic decision-making.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, regulatory changes, and ESG developments that could impact clients and transactions.
- Engage directly with clients to understand their business operations and transaction objectives.
- Assist in preparing client presentations, pitch books, and reports for key stakeholders.
- Provide support during client meetings, contributing to discussions and responding to client inquiries with relevant data and insights.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various aspects of transaction advisory projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of analysis and reports.
- Contribute to engagement teams by managing tasks efficiently and maintaining clear communication with senior team members.
- Help coordinate multiple tasks across engagements, ensuring deadlines are met.

Professional Development:

- Help identify potential opportunities for new engagements through research and analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in audit, financial analysis, corporate finance, or consulting.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial statement analysis, financial modeling, and valuation techniques.
- Knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to work on complex financial models and prepare clear client presentations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English, with the ability to present and discuss financial data effectively.
- Professional qualifications such as CFA, CPA, ACCA, FA (or progress toward such certifications) are an advantage.
- Knowledge of key industries in Thailand and the ASEAN region, such as energy, transportation, manufacturing, financial services, real estate, consumer goods, technology, healthcare, or renewable energy.
