We're hiring a Senior Consultant to join our executive search team in Bangkok. This role focuses on delivering high-quality search mandates, conducting market mapping, and providing strategic talent insights to clients. You'll manage end-to-end recruitment processes and work closely with senior stakeholders across industries.
*Candidate with team leading experience will be consider as Team Manager/Practice Lead.
What will you do
1. Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identify and convert new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Grow the client portfolio across local and multinational companies with tailored business strategies.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and drive client retention through consultative engagement.
2. Client Advisory & Relationship Management
- Conduct needs analysis to understand client hiring objectives and talent requirements.
- Provide tailored recruitment solutions, including executive search, talent mapping, and market insights.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on market trends, talent availability, and salary benchmarks; lead contract negotiations.
3. End-to-End Recruitment & Project Leadership
- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, ensuring high-quality candidate delivery.
- Collaborate with research teams and regional colleagues on multi-country search projects.
- Ensure project alignment with client expectations and market best practices; monitor industry trends to refine strategies.
What do you need
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline with minimum 3 years of 360 recruitment experience from an executive search firm or recruitment agency.
- Strong track record in business development, account management, and managing multiple senior-level stakeholders.
- Excellent command of Thai & English (speaking and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Self-driven, resilient, and commercially savvy, with a passion for talent consulting and client success.
