Senior Consultant, Executive Search (Path to Team Leader)

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our Executive Search team as a Senior Consultant.

*Less experience candidate will be consider as Regional Consultant.

What will you do

• Recruitment Strategy: Lead recruitment campaigns, including sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure alignment with client expectations and industry standards. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies
• Client Engagement: Conduct needs analysis with clients to understand their recruitment requirements and business objectives. Present tailored recruitment solutions and services to clients, demonstrating the value of our offerings. Negotiate contracts and service agreements to ensure mutually beneficial relationships.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research. Develop and implement strategies to increase client acquisition and retention. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and decision-makers.

What do you need

• Degree holder in any disciplines with min 5 years of experience in 360 recruitment (agency/consulting firm) with account management & business development experience
• Experience in handling PEO/staffing/outsourcing/dispatch service will be an advantage
• Proficient in English
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills and has the ability to interact with people of all levels
