The Product Design team leads product design initiatives for TrueMoney Wallet and is responsible for all aspects of the user experience. We are seeking a Content Designer (UX Writer) for TrueMoney Thailand who is a customer advocate and can distill complex concepts into clear, concise copy.

In this role, you will strive to understand how customers think and speak to craft content that is both useful and natural. You understand that content is a significant part of the customer experience and will work closely with designers and product managers across multiple product areas to develop consistent product content and build usage guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft clear, concise UI text that enhances the TrueMoney Wallet customer experience.
• Set standards and drive adherence to UX writing best practices.
• Perform user research to understand user needs and validate proposed copy.
• Play a lead role in infusing TrueMoney's brand voice and tone across our products.
• Help create and improve the content style guide.
• Align content decisions with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Contribute to the professional development of product teammates, improving their UX writing skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Thai citizens (fluent Thai speakers) only
• Excellent Thai writing skills (spelling and grammar)
• Good English written and verbal communication skills
• 3+ years as a UX writer or similar role
• A portfolio of relevant work samples with a UX Writer focus
• Strong ability to write to requirements while maintaining proper style/brand voice
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
• A talent for articulating ideas and presenting your work
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Experience coaching others in UX writing
• Able to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Stay up-to-date on financial industry best practices related to content design
• Having knowledge of AI in terms of content creation is beneficial
