About the role
We're hiring a Senior Content Manager to be the creative voice of NetZero Carbon — a company helping organisations measure, reduce, and offset their carbon footprint on the path to net zero. You'll own how the brand looks and sounds across various contents, social channels, and SEO.
This is a hybrid, front-of-house role. As well as creating standout content, you'll be confident on camera, comfortable representing the brand directly with clients, and commercially minded — pitching and selling our content and creative services to win new business.
What you'll do
- Plan, produce, and edit high-quality content across video, social, web, and email — owning the brand's voice and visual storytelling end to end.
- Appear on camera as a presenter and brand spokesperson, keeping content fresh and relevant to today's platforms.
- Translate complex sustainability and carbon topics into clear, engaging content for non-expert audiences.
- Pitch and sell content packages, campaigns, and creative services to clients and prospects — from first conversation to close.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of clients and partners, turning conversations into signed work and repeat business.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and pricing, and represent NetZero Carbon at meetings, events, and partner sessions.
- Manage the content calendar and collaborate with design, marketing, and leadership to keep output consistent and on-message.
Who you are
- Proven experience creating content across multiple formats, with a strong portfolio or showreel.
- Fluent in English and Thai (written and spoken) — you write well and speak well, clearly and professionally.
- Polished, personable, and confident on camera, with the energy and contemporary feel today's platforms demand.
- Commercially minded and confident selling — comfortable pitching ideas, handling objections, and closing deals while keeping the relationship warm.
- Self-motivated and highly organised — you manage multiple projects to deadline and never let things drop.
- Genuinely interested in sustainability, climate, and purpose-driven work.
Bonus points if you have
- Exposure to sustainability, climate, ESG, or carbon markets.
- Hands-on skills in social platform management.
- A track record of growing an audience or winning new business.
