JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for developing and executing content across social media, PR, and brand channels. This role focuses on writing, storytelling, and content creation for both static and video formats, ensuring consistent messaging that supports brand, campaigns, and business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop content strategies aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals
- Plan and manage content calendars across social media and PR channels
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all content
Social Media Content (Static & Video)
- Create and write content for social media platforms, including captions, headlines, and post copy
- Develop content ideas and scripts for short-form and video content
- Adapt messaging and formats for different platforms
- Work closely with design and video teams to execute content effectively
Copywriting & Storytelling
- Write clear, engaging copy for campaigns, social media, and brand communications
- Simplify complex topics into easy-to-understand content for target audiences
- Maintain tone, clarity, and consistency across all written materials
Public Relations (PR) Content
- Draft press releases, media statements, and official announcements
- Support PR initiatives with strong narratives and key messages
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure PR content is accurate and compliant
Content Performance & Optimization
- Monitor content performance and engagement metrics
- Optimize content based on insights and audience response
- Continuously improve content effectiveness and impact
Collaboration & Governance
- Work closely with marketing, product, compliance, and external partners
- Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Maintain high content quality and consistency across channels
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 year of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or communications
- Strong writing skills across digital and social media platforms
- Experience creating content for both static and video formats
- Familiarity with PR content and media communications
- Experience in fintech, crypto, or regulated industries is a plus
