Job Description

We're looking to hire a CSR Manager to oversee compliance and social responsibility matters across our suppliers based in Thailand. The role will work closely with factory management to monitor labour, HSE practices, follow up on audit findings, and support suppliers in meeting both local legal requirements, labor international and our standards.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities 

Execute the Responsible Sourcing and CSR strategy across Thailand. 

  • Monitor CSR and EHS performance of assigned suppliers and subcontractors. 
  • Ensure supplier compliance with the Code of Conduct, Thai labour law and relevant international standards. 
  • Conduct regular factory visits, compliance reviews and independent risk assessments. 
  • Drive timely closure and verification of corrective action plans (CAPs). 
  • Escalate critical risks, zero-tolerance breaches and repeated non-compliance issues to the Head of CSR – In Country 
  • Lead EHS risk identification and improvement programmes at supplier sites. 
  • Review and support implementation of occupational safety systems, chemical management controls and fire safety procedures. 
  • Oversee environmental compliance including waste, wastewater and emissions management. 
  • Coordinate and participate in social and EHS audits. 
  • Analyse audit findings to identify recurring or structural risks and recommend preventative actions. 
  • Develop supplier improvement roadmaps in partnership with factory leadership. 
  • Track CSR and EHS KPIs and maintain accurate compliance records and databases. 
  • Prepare structured risk and performance reports for in-country and global CSR stakeholders. 
  • Deliver training on workplace safety, environmental management and responsible business practices. 
  • Build strong working relationships with factory senior management and EHS teams. 
  • Collaborate with Sourcing, Quality and Production Planning to ensure aligned compliance expectations. 
  • Influence suppliers constructively to drive sustainable, long-term improvement beyond audit compliance. 

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Labour Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 10 years experience in CSR, ideally within manufacturing supply chains or with a recognized social compliance auditing organization (e.g. LRQA, Intertek, Bureau Veritas etc.).
  • Experience working in Thailand, with a good understanding of migrant worker issues
  • Hands-on experience with audit programmes or 3rd party audits

Required Knowledge

  • Thai labour law, including labour protection and migrant worker regulations
  • International Labor Standards
  • Experience assessing factory through site observations, document reviews and worker/management interviews to identify compliance risks
  • Managing Corrective Action Plans (CAPs)
  • Grievance handling and investigation processes
  • Overtime, minimum wage and legal benefits requirements in Thailand
  • Environment, Safety and Health requirements

Other Qualities

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Confident in conducting worker interviews and handling sensitive issues
  • Confident in coaching, training and guiding suppliers on labour standards, legal requirements and best practices
  • Practical and solutions-oriented approach, with the ability to help suppliers implement corrective actions effectively
