Senior Cost Accountant

The Senior Cost & Finance Accountant is responsible for managing and overseeing cost accounting, reporting, and budgetary control functions within the manufacturing environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Maintain standard cost in SAP.
• Prepare month-end and analysis of closing reporting .
• Daily monitoring of cost accounting activities .
• Prepare profitabilities by customer by line .
• Prepare annual budgets and Rolling Forecast .
• Provide competitive product costs for pricing .
• Liaise with the external auditor and other related regulators .
• Handle quarterly and annual physical stock count .
• Invole in Internal controls, Compliance, BS review and SOX review .
• Other related tasks as assigned .

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional certification is preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in cost accounting

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is strongly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, standard costing, and variance analysis.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).

• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication skills in both Thai and English (written and verbal).

• Collaborative and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
