Key Responsibilities
1. Content Concept & Creative Development
- Develop creative concepts for online, social media, and marketing communication materials.
- Research trends, references, and market movements to support creative ideas.
- Gather information from related teams and propose content ideas aligned with marketing objectives.
2. Content Production & Coordination
- Coordinate visual content production, photo shoots, layouts, and creative materials.
- Work with internal teams, agencies, photographers, designers, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
- Follow up on content development to ensure alignment with approved concepts, brand direction, and timeline.
3. Content Quality Control & Follow-up
- Review content, artwork, layout, and design before publishing to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Monitor project progress, coordinate revisions, and solve ad hoc issues to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain communication with stakeholders to ensure content production runs smoothly.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts, Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in content management, creative content, or marketing communication.
- Strong creative thinking with good understanding of online content, social media trends, and visual communication.
- Detail-oriented with good sense of design, branding, and content quality.
- Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external vendors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic design tools knowledge and English communication are advantages.
