Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth credit research, assessing credit risk, and rating
- Identify key risks and mitigations for appropriate credit limits/tenors
- Monitor corporate credit issues, macro economic and related industries, and issuers credit rating & outlook
- Conduct credit review in a timely manner and ensure full compliance of approval terms and covenants.
- Prepare credit presentations to Investment Committee.
- Engage with corporate issuers, rating agencies, debt market participants, and elated regulators.
- Contribute to the enhancement of credit process
Qualification:
- Master's Degree in Finance, Economic, Business Administration or a related field
- At least 10 year working experience as Credit Analyst, Credit Research Analyst, financial research.
- Experiences in financial institutions, credit rating agencies, or corporate finance role.
- Strong analytical skill, writing and presentation skills and able to handle work in time constraint.
- Strong team work, communication, and leadership skills.
- Good command in English.
- Good excel skills (e.g scenario analysis, financial modelling, credit risk related system).
