Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Define and drive CRM data strategy, governance, and data quality
  • Develop advanced analytics & models (Segmentation, RFM, Cohort, CLV, Propensity)
  • Deliver actionable insights to support growth, retention, and campaign effectiveness
  • Design and monitor CRM campaign measurement, A/B testing, and ROI
  • Build BI dashboards, customer 360° views, and reusable data assets
  • Lead and mentor CRM data analysts and collaborate cross‑functionally

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's / Master's in Data, Statistics, Analytics, Business, or related fields
  • 4–5+ years in Customer / CRM / Marketing Analytics
  • Strong in Python, SQL, Advanced Excel, Power BI
  • Solid understanding of data architecture, data quality, and privacy
  • Strong business acumen & data storytelling skills
  • Experience with CRM/CDP or large customer data environments is a plus
