Deliver trusted investment advisory services to retail and affluent clients, focusing on portfolio management, risk profiling, and suitable financial solutions. Drive AUM growth through strong client relationships, engagement, and referrals, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and bank policies.
Job Description:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through professional and trusted advisory services.
Provide investment advisory services and financial solutions to retail and affluent clients.
Monitor portfolio performance and conduct regular portfolio reviews with clients.
Manage and grow assets under management (AUM) in line with business objectives.
Recommend appropriate investment solutions in accordance with the Bank's policies and regulatory requirements.
Conduct risk profiling and ensure investment suitability for clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Support business growth through client engagement and referrals to others services channel.
Comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and investment guidelines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 0-3 years of experience in relationship wealth management, investment advisory, or banking and financial industry.
Good knowledge of investment products such as mutual funds, bonds, equities, and structured products.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Client-oriented mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships.
Ability to work under targets while maintaining compliance standards.
Holder of IC License (IC Plain and IC complex 1-2 is mandatory).
AFPT, CFP, Insurance License or related certifications will be an advantage.
