Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead Business Insights & Measurement initiatives and bridge data with business strategy.
• Own complex dashboards, performance reporting, root cause analysis, impact analysis, factor analysis, and fraud operations tools.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of customer engagement segments and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Analyze campaign performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Translate business questions into data-driven insights and leverage AI model scores to drive commercial value.
• Define and establish complex tracking metrics and KPI frameworks.
• Support AI/ML model evaluation and validation.
• Feed business insights back into model refinement and continuous optimization.
• Maintain automation engines and ensure seamless integration with the MarTech platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience with data analysis languages such as SQL and Python.
• Strong expertise in applying analytical frameworks to solve business problems.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, Google Analytics, or similar platforms (Tableau is preferred).
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
