Analyze large and complex datasets to identify business trends, growth opportunities, operational inefficiencies, and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
Provide deep analytical support for insurance product strategy, including product performance analysis, risk-based pricing insights, customer segmentation, and portfolio optimization to enhance sales effectiveness and revenue growth.
Design and develop business intelligence dashboards and automated reporting frameworks to monitor key KPIs, sales performance, and strategic initiatives.
Translate complex analytical findings into clear business insights, recommendations, and executive-level presentations for management and key stakeholders.
Conduct advanced statistical and exploratory analysis, including trend analysis, to support forecasting, customer behavior insights, and performance optimization.
Partner with Sales, Product, Operations, and Technology teams to embed data-driven decision-making into business processes and strategic initiatives.
Support the development of data-driven strategies to improve sales productivity, customer retention, product performance, and overall insurance portfolio profitability.
Qualifications;
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
510 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or business performance analysis, preferably within the insurance, financial services, or fintech industry.
Strong technical proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python or R for data extraction, transformation, and advanced analytics.
Proven experience in data visualization and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, with the ability to develop dashboards and communicate insights effectively to senior stakeholders.
Solid understanding of insurance products and industry operations, including both Life Insurance and Non-Life Insurance (e.g., Motor, Health, Personal Accident).
Familiarity with key insurance performance metrics such as loss ratio, claims ratio, persistency, underwriting performance, and policy lifecycle analytics.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex analytical findings into practical strategies that drive business outcomes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
