Accountabilities
- Lead data pipeline projects and mentor junior engineers.
- Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using tools like Apache Airflow and Spark.

- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Enhance data systems for improved accessibility and usability.
- Implement best practices for data governance.
Requirements
- 35+ years of experience in data engineering or backend data systems.
- Proficient in SQL, Python or Scala.
- Experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and data versioning (DVC).
- Experience with real-time data processing and compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA) is a plus.
