Your main job duties and responsibilities as a Senior Data Center Engineer - Team Lead include but are not limited to the following:
- Prepare shift schedule for Operations Team
- Handle team resource management (leave management, attendance management, roster planning, etc.)
- Conduct interviews and selection of potential candidates for Operations team
- Conduct training programmes for new operators
- Be the escalation point for DC Level 1 Service Operations team
- Monitor the sufficiency and operability for daily operation tasks
- Generate daily, weekly and monthly operation reports
- Generate and present monthly performance reports of the Operations team
- Initiate service improvement plans for the Operations team and
- Any other tasks as assigned by your Supervisor/Manager.
