Senior Data Engineer (Data Governance)

We're hiring a Senior Data Engineer to join the Data Governance function of one of Thailand's leading enterprise organizations undergoing a large-scale data transformation.

If you're passionate about building trusted data platforms and have expertise in Data Quality, Data Lineage, and Enterprise Data Governance, this is an opportunity to work on enterprise-scale data platforms supporting millions of users and critical business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement data quality frameworks, monitoring, and validation
• Build metadata repositories and end-to-end data lineage
• Develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and optimize hybrid data platforms
• Support enterprise data governance standards and controls
• Collaborate with Data Stewards, Analysts, and Platform teams
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
• Have 5-10 years of experience in data engineering and/or data governance
• Strong Python and SQL
• Experience with PySpark, dbt, or similar frameworks
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica IDMC, Talend, or Apache NiFi
• Familiarity with governance tools like Informatica EDC, Axon, Collibra, or Alation
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
