Senior Data Scientist

Our client in public sector is looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist to join their team.

Your new role

• Embed data, analytics, and predictive intelligence into everyday decision-making.
• Build predictive models to surface early warnings, risks, and proactive intervention triggers.
• Partner with product teams to define hypotheses, experiments, and usercentric insights.
• Translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations and product enhancements.
• Ensure ongoing model performance, fairness, and realworld impact on client outcomes.
• Own data stewardship: dashboards, visualization, quality standards, and longterm analytics roadmap.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, AI, or related quantitative field.
• 7+ years experience in data science or product analytics within outcomedriven organizations.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for largescale data analysis.
• Advanced expertise in statistics and machine learning for insight generation.
• Hands-on experience with data pipelines, databases, analytics tools, and model deployment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, effectively bridging technical and nontechnical teams.
