Join LSEG's World-Check Risk Intelligence Team Empowering due diligence with trusted data and advanced technology. World-Check Risk Intelligence provides accurate, reliable information and powerful tools to support compliance with due diligence obligations, including Know Your Customer (KYC) screening and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.

We are looking for a Senior Delivery Lead to join the Product Engineering Risk Technology team organisation based in Bangkok. The role will report into the Senior Delivery Manager and lead all aspects of the technical delivery of large-scale transformation programs, ensuring alignment between technology and business strategy. It is encouraged that the candidate will have experience handling the deliverables and dependencies of multiple development teams. In addition, there will be an opportunity to tackle some wider responsibilities to support the effective running of the Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that the scope of each project/programme is clearly understood by all involved parties, driving governance forums to ensure base-lining of scope and change control
  • Planning the activities required to deliver against the product roadmaps; identifying and handling dependencies with other workstreams; identifying the resource requirements to deliver efficiently
  • Being responsible for the engineering work which delivers the scope on time and on budget. This includes understanding technical interdependencies and working with tools such as JIRA
  • Proactively identifying Risks, Issues, Dependencies, Assumptions, detailing them and proactively resolving or mitigating them Ensure all impacts of dependencies are addressed in the overall project plan.
  • Effectively work across the organization to ensure all dependent teams are aligned with the project plans and schedules
  • Good judgment using influencing skills to demonstrate business benefits and to ensure the decision is fully understood and accepted
  • Reporting status weekly (or more frequently as required) with high quality well written updates
  • Effective engagement with partners across the organisation and vertically within Technology to ensure consistent communication

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience is also considered.
  • At least 8 years of experience in software engineering, technical project management, or delivery leadership roles. Proven ownership of large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrable ability to lead cross-functional, distributed engineering teams in fast-paced environments. Experience managing interdependencies across product, engineering, and business domains.
  • Good experience in end-to-end delivery governance. Includes planning, scope management, risk governance, and change control.
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written. Able to communicate technical and business concepts clearly in a global environment.
  • Solid understanding of modern software practices and tools. Includes Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, Cloud, AI, and delivery platforms like Jira, Asana, and Confluence.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills. Experience influencing leadership and driving decisions across organisational boundaries.
  • A proactive and independent leader with strong ownership. Able to make decisions under ambiguity and resolve complex problems effectively.
