Develops and ensures implementation of 12 - 24 month delivery and distribution plans for required equipment, materials and components. Works with operational, sales, marketing, finance and other stakeholders to understand anticipated demand and product-specific forecasting drivers. Ensures developed plans align with revenue forecasts, drive efficiencies and balance appropriately between fulfillment and replenishment needs.
Responsibilities
- Engages with sales, marketing, finance, sourcing and manufacturing teams to understand forecasting drivers.
- Develops and maintains periodic operational demand and distribution plans to ensure timely, effective and efficient order fulfillment.
- Monitors Supply Chain metrics to understand performance, identify inconsistencies / issues and ensure appropriate resolution and/or escalation.
- Provides Demand & Distribution Planning for assigned organizational and product areas.
- Works with sales, finance production, operational and other stakeholders, and with Supply Chain, to forecast and manage equipment, material and component demand and required inventory levels.
- Engages with supplier and fulfillment partners to understand, evaluate and resolve performance issues.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Demand and Distribution Planning.
- Good local language (Thai) and English language skills (Written and spoken).
