Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior AWS DevOps Engineer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in cloud and DevOps engineering. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in AWS, strong infrastructure-as-code capabilities, and solid experience with data and container platforms. This role requires both technical leadership and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructure primarilyonAWS, with some exposure to Azure
- Implement and manage infrastructure using Terraform, including advanced modules and state management
- Develop, deploy, and support cloud-native and data services
- Manage containerized workloads using Amazon ECS and managed Kubernetes services
- Collaborate with development, data, and platform teams to deliver reliable solutions
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve cloud environments
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and client stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of experience in Cloud and DevOps Engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS (core strength)
- Experience with Azure is a plus
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Terraform
- Comfortable handling advanced Terraform concepts and best practices
- Practical experience with AWS Lambda, AWS Glue, and Azure Data Factory (ADF)
- Strong hands-on experience with container platforms
- Solid expertise in Amazon ECS
- Experience with managed Kubernetes services (EKS, AKS, or equivalent)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional and client-facing environments
