Senior DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities

* Design and maintain DevOps infrastructure architecture (CI/CD, deployment pipelines, platform tooling)

* Build and maintain GitLab CI/CD automation, including pipeline performance improvements

* Write and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)

* Apply AI agents to automate DevOps workflows such as deployment, testing, incident triage, and ChatOps

* Partner with the Senior SRE on capacity planning, cost optimization, and network architecture

* Work with Product/Engineering to align architecture and roadmap

* Support incident response and postmortems on the DevOps side

Requirements

* Strong expertise in cloud platforms (GCP primary)

* Hands-on CI/CD experience (GitLab CI/CD a plus)

* Strong IaC skills (Terraform) and Container/Kubernetes (GKE)

* Scripting proficiency (Python, Bash, or Go)

* Solid understanding of networking (VPC, load balancer, DNS, firewall)

* Experience deploying BI tools such as Looker or Tableau via GitLab CI/CD

* Hands-on experience using or building AI agents / LLM-based automation (e.g., agents for workflow automation, ChatOps, MCP, LangChain, or similar tools) — required

* Strong communication and mentoring skills

Nice to Have

* Experience with prompt engineering or RAG

* Track record of building internal tools/agents to reduce DevOps toil

* Experience with enterprise security/compliance
