We are seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to drive automation, security, and reliability across our AI-enabled enterprise platforms. You will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, observability, and embed security practices directly into the development lifecycle. This role emphasizes AI-driven DevSecOps, where automation, monitoring, and security controls are powered by intelligent tools to ensure compliance, scalability, and resilience.
Job Description:
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for reliable software delivery.
- Embed security checks (static/dynamic analysis, dependency scanning, secret detection, container/image scanning) into DevOps workflows.
- Monitor and optimize system performance with observability tools, logging, and alerting.
- Ensure error handling, rollback, and versioning strategies are in place.
- Collaborate with Developers and QA to enforce DevSecOps best practices across releases. Adopt AI and automation tools to improve monitoring, incident response, and efficiency.
- Partner with enterprise IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and integration SLAs.
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled DevSecOps tooling to improve speed, resilience, and security posture.
Qualification:
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Architect, or DevSecOps roles.
- Strong expertise in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and integrating security into pipelines.
- Familiarity with security tools such as SonarQube, Trivy, Aqua, HashiCorp Vault, or similar.
- Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Knowledge of observability & logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
- Strong understanding of security standards (OWASP, NIST, ISO27001, PCI DSS).
