We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Executive in our Thailand office, with advanced, hands-on expertise in high-budget digital advertising campaigns, performance optimization, and SEO. This role requires deep technical understanding of advertising platforms, the ability to consistently lower CPA while increasing ROI, and a strong commitment to continuous learning in a fast-evolving digital landscape.
You will oversee large-scale campaigns, implement AI-driven efficiencies, produce SEO-driven content, and push the boundaries of performance marketing across the region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Marketing & Performance (80%)
Advanced High-Budget Campaign Management
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of large-scale digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic platforms.
- Maintain strong technical mastery of the platforms to ensure cost efficiency, stability, and scalability of campaigns.
- Implement advanced optimization strategies to reduce CPA, improve ROAS, and maximise overall marketing ROI.
- Ensure daily monitoring, budget pacing, and real-time adjustments for high-budget accounts.
Technical Expertise in Digital Advertising
- Apply deep technical knowledge of auction systems, bidding strategies, delivery optimization, attribution, and audience structuring to drive performance.
- Conduct rigorous A/B and multivariate testing across creatives, audiences, placements, and landing pages.
- Solve performance issues using technical fundamentals: learning phase management, signal optimization, pixel/SDK improvements, account architecture, and tracking accuracy.
AI-Driven Performance Optimization
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to accelerate insights, automate routine tasks, generate creative variations, and enhance campaign ideation.
- Implement workflow automation (Zapier, Make, internal tools) to improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
Insights, Reporting, and Result Ownership
- Prepare deep-dive performance analyses outlining insights, trends, issues, and opportunities.
- Communicate clear recommendations to management with data-backed reasoning.
- Own the results continuously identify ways to cut waste, scale winners, and improve cost efficiencies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Product, Growth, Tech, and Content teams to strengthen full-funnel performance.
- Provide expert guidance to internal teams on technical advertising behaviour, platform changes, and performance principles.
Continuous Learning & Platform Mastery
- Proactively stay updated on the latest features, algorithm changes, bidding strategies, and optimization best practices across all advertising platforms.
- Regularly test new features, tools, and beta programs to maintain competitive advantage.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) (20%)
SEO Strategy & Ownership
- Lead SEO roadmap creation using data, keyword insights, competitor analysis, and AI-driven clustering tools.
- Use AI and SEO tools to conduct topic modelling, search intent analysis, and keyword grouping.
SEO Content Production
- Produce SEO articles, landing pages, guides, and reviews that drive organic traffic growth.
- Maintain quality and accuracy while using AI tools to streamline content creation.
Technical SEO Execution
- Execute on-page optimization, schema markup, internal linking, site audits, and Core Web Vitals improvements.
- Work with product and engineering teams to resolve technical SEO issues.
External SEO Agency Management
- Manage SEO agency deliverables, validate recommendations, and ensure all content/output meets quality standards.
Reporting and Refinement
Prepare SEO performance updates using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and AI-driven summarization tools.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 35 years of proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, and SEO.
- Strong hands-on expertise running high-budget campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms.
- Advanced technical understanding of digital advertising concepts (eg. bidding strategies, optimization events, attribution & tracking, and creative testing frameworks).
- Demonstrated success in achieving lower CPA, higher ROAS, and strong ROI improvements.
- Strong analytical ability with mastery of Excel/Sheets and dashboarding tools (Tableau, Looker Studio).
- Strong proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Runway) for performance optimization, ideation, and reporting.
- Excellent English communication skills with strong copywriting and conceptualization.
- Highly resourceful, self-motivated, and committed to continuous learning of new technologies, platform updates, and industry trends.
- Meticulous, organized, and able to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
