Analyze the organization's marketing objectives, target audience, and strategies, particularly focusing on Chinese consumer behavior and preferences, in order to develop effective communication approaches.
Plan and execute digital content strategies and campaigns on Chinese platforms such as Xiaohongshu (RED), WeChat, Weibo, and Douyin, collaborating closely with KOLs and agencies in China.
Prepare and coordinate content briefs in Chinese and other languages with the creative team for posting across relevant international platforms.
Coordinate with KOLs and partners in China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and other markets, as well as production teams for content creation.
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, including post engagement and audience insights, to understand customer behavior in each market.
Manage campaign budgets and resources, working with KOLs and agencies to ensure efficient cost management.
Continuously improve content and communication styles to align with platform trends and user behavior in each country.
Monitor comments and messages from followers across platforms and provide appropriate responses or coordination with relevant teams.
Prepare monthly performance reports, including metrics such as Reach, Follower Growth, and Engagement Rate.
Qualifications
Age between 25 32 years old
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or related fields
At least 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing
Experience managing Chinese digital platforms such as Xiaohongshu (RED) and WeChat is required
Proficiency in Chinese and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Able to travel domestically and internationally when required
