RLC Outsourcing is a fast-growing HR Outsourcing services provider based in Bangkok, Thailand. We help international companies expand in Thailand by managing compliance, payroll, work permits, and visas for their employees, removing the complexity of setting up a legal entity. As our company has been growing rapidly over the past years, we&aposre developing our marketing organization to better manage sales opportunities and leads.
We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing professional to support our growth. This is a digital-first, performance-based role with a heavy focus on content marketing, campaign automation, and data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Digital Marketing professional, you will be a key contributor to our marketing efforts, working directly with our internal marketing team, as well as with the sales, customer success, and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Campaign and Content Support: You will assist the marketing team with the creation of content for various channels, including websites, social media, emails, and videos. You will also support the execution of marketing and website activities within the company&aposs CRM and on the WordPress website.
- Performance and Optimization: You will assist in reviewing analytics for all content, SEO, and advertising campaigns on a daily or weekly basis. You will help to identify opportunities and share recommendations with leadership to improve performance.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): You will collaborate with the team on improving organic SEO by making improvements to site content, optimizing title tags and headlines, and keeping the company&aposs Google Business Profile updated. You will track website traffic and SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, and Google Search Console.
- CRM and Data Management: You will handle marketing and website activities within our CRM (Hubspot) and ensure leads are properly categorized and the data remains up-to-date. You should be comfortable working with a CRM.
- Collaboration: You will work closely with other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business goals. You will also assist in setting up and improving sales funnels with the Customer Success Team.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a results-oriented and data-driven professional who is passionate about digital marketing and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
You should have:
- Experience: At least 35 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Advanced Skills: A strong understanding of inbound marketing, SEO, SEM, and email marketing. You should be proficient in marketing automation tools and comfortable using AI tools to enhance efficiency.
- Soft Skills: A desire to learn on your own and stay up-to-date with industry developments. You must possess extreme attention to detail and have a tenacious belief in hitting deadlines.
- Communication: You must be an excellent communicator who can work well with your team and leadership to achieve clear, quarterly outcomes. Your ability to hit those outcomes is how your performance will be measured.
