Plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram and other platforms.
Collaborate with the team to develop high-performing advertising assets based on brand guidelines.
Manage day-to-day performance marketing operations, including web analytics, customer funnel analysis, and conversion rate optimization, as well as implement activities to drive sales and traffic for the online business.
Implement accurate tracking using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), UTM parameters and conversion events. Conduct systematic A/B testing to identify the most effective ad creatives, audience targeting strategies and landing pages.
Create action plans to increase online traffic and sales to websites and mobile applications, while tracking conversion rates and overseeing web analytics and analyzing data and campaign metrics to identify trends and actionable insights.
Monitor and propose budget adjustments to ensure efficient spending and performance. Provide regular campaign reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to support informed management decisions.
Prepare reports including campaign performance, competitor reviews, and audience behavior analyses.
Assist in campaign planning and rollout across ATL, BTL and digital channels, including landing page optimization and automation flows using tools like WordPress.
Support brainstorming sessions and assist in developing creative content and initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage digital marketing activities, including planning, content development, promotions, CRM, paid and organic search, SEO, affiliates, advertising, social media, EDM and other activities.
Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior and prepare reports to keep the team aligned with current market dynamics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, E-Commerce, Advertising or a related field
Minimum of 4 years in performance marketing, digital media or integrated marketing roles
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai - Real estate and luxury brand experience is a plus
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO/SEM, digital strategy and analytics tools
Willing to take up other Marketing responsibilities as assigned
