About the Role
We are seeking an experienced digital marketing strategist to drive online growth across AWC's portfolio of retail, commercial, hospitality, lifestyle, and pre-opening properties.
This role will lead digital strategy, performance marketing optimization, search innovation (SEO, SEM, AEO, GEO), and digital transformation initiatives to increase traffic, generate quality leads, improve conversion, and drive measurable business results. Acting as a corporate digital advisor, you will work closely with property marketing teams to translate strategy into impactful execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive Digital Growth Strategies
Develop and lead integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and consumer insights.
Key Focus Areas
- Create tailored digital strategies for each property.
- Drive traffic, lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth.
- Optimize performance across social media, search, websites, and paid media channels.
- Support both operating and pre-opening properties.

2. Lead Search & Digital Innovation
Drive search marketing excellence beyond traditional SEO and SEM by leveraging emerging AI-driven search technologies.

- Develop strategies across SEO, SEM, AEO, GEO, and social search.
- Lead website revamp and development projects to improve discoverability and search performance.
- Identify and implement new tools, technologies, and best practices.
Success Indicators

- Strong performance across AI-powered and conversational search platforms.
3. Strengthen Digital Performance Management
Establish a data-driven framework to measure, optimize, and scale digital marketing performance across properties.

- Develop performance dashboards and reporting systems.
- Advise property teams on media planning, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and digital best practices.
- Ensure alignment between digital execution, brand strategy, and business objectives.

What We're Looking For
Required Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Digital Strategy, Growth Marketing, or related fields.
- Proven success in developing strategies that drive traffic, leads, conversion, and revenue growth.
- Experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns across multiple brands, properties, or business units.
- Strong expertise in digital performance marketing, search marketing, and social media strategy.
