About the Role
We are seeking several Digitalization Specialists to lead the assessment, design, and implementation of digital solutions across business processes in the Production and Sales value streams. This role bridges the gap between business users and the Digitalization Platform product team, ensuring seamless project delivery, alignment with business strategies, and continuous improvement. The candidate will play a vital role in driving digital transformation across the APAC region, work location based in Bangkok, Thailand with occasional traveling to (but not limited to) APAC region.
Key Responsibilities
Business Process Assessment & Requirement Gathering
- Assess pain points in current business processes and identify opportunities for digitalization.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business strategies.
- Develop high-level storyboards to visualize proposed solutions for stakeholders.
Solution Design & Collaboration
- Translate business requirements into actionable insights for the Digitalization Platform product team.
- Act as a liaison between backend product teams and business users to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Support the product team in designing tailored digital solutions that address business needs.
Project Management
- Manage digitalization projects, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) standards.
- Coordinate project activities across different phases (initiation, planning, execution, and delivery) in waterfall or agile methodologies.
- Monitor and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful outcomes.
Change Management & Continuous Improvement
- Lead change management initiatives to promote the adoption of digital solutions.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by refining processes and solutions post-implementation.
Risk Management
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with digitalization initiatives.
Key Qualifications
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, managing IT digitalization project cycles.
- Proven experience in bridging business requirements with functional/technical teams to design and deliver solutions.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in project management for medium scale Digital Transformation projects.
- Good knowledge in Manufacturing and/or Sales processes.
Technical Knowledge
- Familiarity with digital transformation tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of process mapping, requirement documentation, and solution design techniques.
Other Requirements
- Willingness to travel within APAC as required.
- Strong adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Highly self-motivated with strong team spirit.
- Thai and English proficiency is required.
- Chinese language proficiency will be an added advantage
