Finance Transformation & Finance Excellence
- Lead and drive group-wide Finance Transformation agenda to modernize finance operating model, processes, systems, and governance across wholesale and corporate business units.
- Design and implement Finance Excellence roadmap covering process simplification, standardization, automation, digital finance tools, and capability uplift to improve finance productivity and decision quality.
- Identify pain points and improvement opportunities across core finance processes, including budgeting, forecasting, closing, reporting, working capital management, and performance management.
- Partner with IT, Data, Operations, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams to implement finance technology solutions, data platforms, dashboards, and automation initiatives.
- Establish finance best practices, policies, and process standards to ensure consistency, accuracy, transparency, and scalability across the group.
Corporate Finance Strategy & Capital Allocation
- Lead corporate finance initiatives including investment evaluation, capital allocation, financial feasibility, business case review, M&A support, funding structure, and long-term financial planning.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support business expansion, new wholesale formats, digital/omnichannel growth, supply chain investment, and productivity improvement.
- Develop financial models and scenario analysis to evaluate strategic projects, transformation initiatives, cost optimization programs, and business growth opportunities.
- Drive value creation agenda by ensuring capital is allocated to initiatives with clear financial return, strategic fit, risk profile, and long-term sustainability.
- Partner with Group CFO and executive stakeholders in reviewing major investment proposals, business cases, and financial implications of strategic decisions.
Performance Management & Business Partnering
- Develop and strengthen group-level performance management framework, including key financial metrics, productivity indicators, profitability analysis, and business performance dashboards.
- Act as a strategic finance partner to business leaders by translating financial data into actionable insights for revenue growth, margin improvement, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.
- Lead financial analysis on wholesale business performance, including sales productivity, gross margin, operating expenses, store/branch profitability, working capital, and cash flow.
- Challenge business assumptions and support management decision-making through data-driven financial insights, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis.
- Ensure management reporting provides clear visibility on business performance, key risks, opportunities, and corrective actions
Finance Transformation
- Define and drive the Group Finance Transformation including Key AI Capabilities, Automation, Methodology and Framework to develop delivery roadmap covering process, system, data, automation, workflow, and reporting improvement.
- Co-Sponsor key automation initiatives such as automated reconciliation, approval workflow, reporting automation, data validation, exception monitoring, and finance control automation.

- Partner with IT/Data, ERP, EPM, BI, Finance Operations, Accounting, and Business Units to translate finance requirements into practical digital solutions.
- Ensure transformation implementation are properly designed, controlled, scalable, and changes are embedded into day-to-day finance operations.
- Track benefits from transformation and automation initiatives, including cycle time reduction, manual workload reduction, data accuracy improvement, control effectiveness, and cost productivity.
- Build the capabilities that enhance and accelerate automation, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement across the Finance organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree, MBA, or professional qualification such as CPA, CFA, ACCA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Minimum 12–15 years of progressive experience in Finance, Corporate Finance, FP&A, Finance Transformation, Business Performance Management, or Strategy Finance.
- At least 5–7 years of experience in a senior leadership role managing finance transformation, corporate finance, or strategic finance initiatives at group or enterprise level.
- Strong experience in wholesale, retail, consumer goods, distribution, supply chain, or large-scale multi-business operational environment is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in leading finance transformation, process improvement, operating model design, automation, financial governance, or enterprise performance management initiatives.
- Strong expertise in corporate finance, investment evaluation, financial modeling, capital allocation, business case development, and long-term financial planning.
- Deep understanding of wholesale business drivers, including sales growth, margin management, inventory, working capital, supply chain cost, store/branch profitability, and operating productivity. Excellent business partnering skills with ability to influence C-level executives, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capability with ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights and executive-level recommendations.
- Experience with ERP, EPM, BI, finance automation, and data visualization tools such as SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Strong leadership capability with experience in building, coaching, and developing high-performing finance teams.
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English, with strong executive presentation and stakeholder management capability.
