We are now on the search for a Senior Director to grow and solidify our presence within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate as the Senior Director for Redhill in Thailand.
- Responsible for overall P&L of the Thailand business and team management.
- Demonstrate ability to deliver with excellence day-to-day on project management, delivery on commitments and timelines, and achievement of KPIs.
- Establish and nurture long-term client relationships by offering valued, strategic counsel and demonstrate ability to retain and grow client relationships, in turn growing value for the agency.
- Lead and guide the team on communications strategy for key client accounts.
- Actively build and grow network of new client/ prospect relationships, leading new business proposal development and pitches with demonstrable success in closing sales.
- Demonstrate commercial acumen in costings, budgets, resourcing of all client projects and accounts.
- Lead team management – including taking responsibility for resourcing, performance reviews, training and supporting the team's long-term professional development.
- Grow Redhill's presence, brand awareness and credibility in the market through strategic marketing, partnership or networking opportunities.
- Identify growth opportunities for the business through new business proposal development and expansion of existing scope.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of the Thai market, including business challenges, opportunities and strategy for growth.
- Media Relations - Building a strong media circuit especially with senior journalists.
- Work with Redhill's other market leads in the network to support regional/ global remits.
Key Performance Indicators
- Drive the Thailand Operations including being accountable for P&L.
- Develop, grow and lead a motivated and engaged team.
- Ensure that the local business remains profitable with steady revenue growth.
- Work with Business Unit Heads to do global work for our clients around the world.
- Provide local knowledge on pricing, media, sensitivities as and when needed by the Group.
