We are partnering with a leading international data center developer and operator to hire a Senior Electrical Construction Manager for a major hyperscale project in Chonburi.

Responsibilities
- Lead electrical construction activities for large-scale mission critical projects
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, and site execution teams
- Oversee project delivery from construction through commissioning support
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, and vendors
- Drive quality, compliance, and site standards across all electrical works
- Support troubleshooting, risk mitigation, and construction planning activities
Requirements
- Strong experience managing electrical construction for large-scale projects
- Background in data centers, mission critical facilities, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, industrial, or other complex environments
- Experience managing EPCs, contractors, and multiple stakeholders on-site
- Good understanding of electrical systems, installation, testing, and commissioning
- Experience working on fast-track construction environments is highly preferred
Preferred Experience
- HV/LV systems, substations, UPS, generators, switchgear, or critical power infrastructure
