Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on employee relations matters, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues with discretion and professionalism, ensuring fair resolution. Conduct investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate actions.
- Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies to mitigate legal risks. Act as a liaison with government agencies and regulatory bodies when required. Develop and deliver compliance training to managers and employees.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor trends in employee relations and provide insights and recommendations to leadership. Prepare and present reports on employee relations activities, grievances, and policy updates.
- Leadership & Training: Provide coaching and training to managers on conflict resolution, employee engagement, and policy adherence. Lead and mentor the Employee Relations team, if applicable, to ensure effective delivery of services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in employee relations, or a related HR function.
- Proven track record in handling complex employee relations issues and implementing HR policies.
- Knowledge & Skills: Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights.
