About our group:

Our test platform development team is under Characterization and Analysis Group (CAG) that provides test solutions to support design learnings at the transducer level to the Transducer Design teams. We work closely with CAG-US and transducer designers in MN, USA, and Springtown, UK.

About the role - you will:

  • Maintain and support DVL applications such as drive testing systems and unique R&D operation applications
  • Lead key server migration as needed and manage live data operations.
  • Provide first-level support for hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems to key responsible teams.
  • Collaborate with developers and users to document workflows.
  • Participate and collaborate with cross-functional teams in performance monitoring and excursion management teams to react to the operation or engineering issues.

About you:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in system operations and application support.
  • Strong troubleshooting and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with test system configuration, and server management.

Your experience includes:

  • Experience with Full-stack software development tools (e.g., HTML, Java script, C#, Python, Oracle SQL, PostgreSQL Framework NodeJS, React, ASP.net), data visualization tools, and copilot for coding skills are a plus.
