We are seeking a Senior Engineer NPI to introduce new product variants and drive business growth through change management, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Introduction of new product variants:
- Apply the change management
- Documentation and create information in the system
- Coordination of engineering lots for introduction of new materials
- Coordination to introduce new tools, if necessary
- Proved process results and yield data for the new product
- Communicate to Business unit
- Representing the receiving site in upcoming transfer projects as Sub-PJM
- Key person to represent the local interfaces for the PJM of sending site
- Supporting the implementation of new raw materials from local suppliers
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A Bachelor&aposs or Master&aposs Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or a similar field
- 5-8 years of experience in the electronics or semiconductor industry
- Experience in project management is an advantage
- Experience in NPI activities is required
- Excellent English skills are mandatory
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently
- Solid technical understanding of engineering principles and practices
