We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Engineer to drive manufacturing excellence by supporting product orientation, quality, yield, and test time improvement, while ensuring products meet data sheet specifications and optimizing electrical characteristics to achieve cost-effective solutions.
Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Support manufacturing product orientation, quality, yield and test time improvement
- Ensures products meet data sheet specifications and recommends product enhancements
- Performs necessary product qualification activities. Monitors yields and provides feedback to related engineering areas and recommends cost reduction
- Optimizing Electrical characteristic of the device by running evaluation
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Educational : A bachelor&aposs degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Solid State Electronic, Communication or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong technical skills, including knowledge of hardware and software testing, test equipment operation, programming languages commonly used (Ex. C, C++, Unix, Python) and Experience with data analysis and statistical process control (SPC) tools.
- Communication Skills: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, manufacturing personnel, and quality assurance teams.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Able to adept at identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical issues related to product testing. This requires strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting skills, and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills, Growth mindset, Be open mind and be willing to learn new thing, Be willing to share task values to team and other people in organization, Be willing to give a constructive feedback
- Continuous Learning: Given the rapid evolution of technology, a willingness to learn and adapt to new testing methodologies, tools
- Industry Experience : 3-5 years of experience in a related field, such as product engineering, test engineering, or manufacturing engineering. Experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing environment is highly desirable
