ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the Contamination Task Force Leader in executing contaminationcontrol strategies and improvement initiatives.
  • Investigate contaminationrelated failures and drive corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teamsto resolve contamination issues and improve processes.
  • Analyze quality trends, contaminationrelated defects, and risk areas using statistical/analytical tools.
  • Support AIdriven productivity and digitalization efforts to enhance contamination detection and quality responsiveness.
  • Assist in contaminationrelated requirements for New Product Introduction (NPI) and reliability metrics.
  • Support overall product quality and reliability

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degreein Engineering (IE, Mechanical, Electrical, Material, or related field)
  • 3-6 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Failure Analysis, Process Engineering, or other related technical roles in manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems, contamination control, failure analysis, and rootcause methodologies (e.g., 8D).
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI, Spotfire, SQL, Python,Tableau,Excel
  • Ability to work crossfunctionally with urgency and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problemsolving skills.

PREFERRED:

  • Familiarity with AIdriven analytics, datamodeling tools, or predictive quality systems.
  • Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI) programs, or high-volume manufacturing.

SKILLS:

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Basic leadership capability
  • Experience in SPC/Statistical tools
  • Knowledge of FMEA, Control plan, Process/product audit.
