Job Responsibility:
• Process Building:
o Build supplier QMS ensuring compliance with best practices and regulations;
o Continuously optimize SQM process framework, collect pain points, drive MPO process development;
o Empower MPOs, lead process documentation and optimization;
o Cross-functional collaboration for full lifecycle quality mechanism building;

• IT Digitalization & AI:
o Lead IT project requirements, planning, development, UAT, and go-live;
o Drive data governance, build BI dashboards, explore AI tool applications;
PMO:
o Department PMO for key project initiation, planning, tracking, and closure;
o Coordinate cross-dept resources, manage risks and dependencies;
o Build PM dashboards and knowledge base, codify best practices.

• Job Requirements:
o Bachelor+, STEM preferred, IE/QM/CS a plus;
o 6+ yrs quality mgmt, 2+ yrs PM, led IT system 0-to-1;
o 3+ yrs in leading companies preferred; 5+ core supplier development preferred;
o ISO9001/IATF16949 experience, independently produce L3+ process docs;
o Proficient in PM tools (MS Project/JIRA), PMP/PRINCE2 preferred;
o Strong cross-cultural communication, China-India bilateral coordination;
o Good English (working language), Chinese preferred;
o Integrity, pragmatism, excellence, 0-to-1 entrepreneurial mindset.
